We have a contract on the house now and are going to meet the inspector over there today. The kids will get to see it today for the first time. I hope the inspection goes well. You never know what they will find when they start really looking.

Accepted

Offer was accepted on the house. Now, we have to wait until tomorrow evening to see if the other interested buyers are able to buy it. My guess is that they will walk away. It is so suspenseful.

Made an offer

We made an offer on the house. There was already a contingency contract on it so we will see if the buyer accepts our offer. We got approved and made an offer in one day. I am estatic because it is in such a good neighborhood. We were driving by the house on the way home and saw another realtor and customer looking at the house. We have someone coming to look at our house tomorrow. When the ball starts to roll, it goes fast.

Many houses but loved one

We saw a few houses today. We saw a two story, brand new one, one in construction, house with a pool, and the perfect house. The house we liked was literally twice as big as what we have now. It was older but had so much character that it was perfect for us. We need a 3 bedroom with 2 offices, and it had it. Amazing. It was big enough for a piano in the living room. The most important thing was that it had a real yard with a fence. The nicer houses we looked at today had many restrictions on them like no fences to block neighbor's view of walkways. I also hate zero lot line neighborhoods. We currently live on a big corner lot. Tomorrow, we start the ball rolling by trying to get pre-approved so we can make an offer.

First House for browsing

Looking at a beautiful big house tomorrow. I hope it has my name all over it. I am looking forward to getting a house big enough for all of us. We are a little crowded now.

I am working on getting videos uploaded to Video Google. I will put a video of a belly dancer from the Four Winds Faire on here as soon as it is verified.

I got a new camera so I will have to test it out and get more pictures on here.

Foiled

Blue October releases Foiled on April 4th. This is a Dallas band so get to buying.

Watch them on Yahoo Music.

Get their guitar tab here: UltimateGuitar.com.

Our buddy, Justin in his goth days. Ha! Ha! Not really. Danny photoshopped him this way. I think he looks cool this way. Posted by Picasa
Caterpillar season

I think it must be caterpillar season. It seems that overnight, we have a ton of these little furry guys everywhere.

MySpace

I finally filled out the junk on my MySpace profile today. I saw a girl I went to school with on there, and I just had to fill it out because I didn't want to look like a stalker sending her a message with a blank profile. Anyway, it was really cool seeing a pic of someone that I went to school with over 13 years ago. My Goodness! That sounds like so long ago.

I knew I had to fill it out when I saw my cool Karate friend on there, Tanya. She is also my hair stylist and who was responsible for my lovely purple hair. Now if we can get Debra on there.

Here is the story of Buck that we all helped from our ring of friends on the internet. People from all around in just a few days raised a bunch of money to help Buck get his surgery. This is a good group of friends I have made. Posted by Picasa

Four Winds Faire - Renaissance Festival

It was great fun for all of us. There was archery, full contact jousting (cool looking knights), axe and knife throwing, and other cool stuff. They shot real cannons. I had always wanted to go, but this is the first time I have had the chance. I will definitely go back again.

Here is a picture below. Click the picture to go to my shutterfly album. There are 89 pictures for anybody interested in viewing. No pictures of me since I was behind the camera.

Chia is Phat or maybe a little FAT

That little pug girl is getting some size to her and in a hurry. She is about to bust out of her new dress I got her at Target. It should fit her but her belly has too many treats in it.

She looks especially cute in her terry robe for after baths. Notice it has trim and heart pockets. I couldn't get a good shot with the hood on because she kept eating the belt. Target has some adorable pet clothes.

We are going to go to this Renaissance Festival this weekend. I bet it will be a lot of fun. Posted by Picasa

Our Infamous Buddy

Here is the news link to our buddy who accidentally caught 10 acres on fire over the weekend. http://www.kltv.com/Global/story.asp?S=4585711 We are glad they didn't print his name.

Beware of Puppy Training Pads

I have trained Chia so well that she no longer wants to go outside. YIKES! She will hold it until she comes back in. She loves to pee on those darn pads.

Chia weighing in at 8 pounds

Chia, the pug, is about 14 1/2 weeks now. I weighed her a moment ago, and she weighs 8 pounds. As I was work, she is either in my lap or close to my feet. See how cute she looks when I look down at her.

She loves to find little hair bands. She looks so funny with them hanging out of her mouth.

She is the funniest when her ear flips backwards. She looks like the mess that she is in this picture.

It is no wonder that my husband calls her Stinky Winker Bean.

Blue October

I just heard this band, but they have been around awhile. They seem to be one of those bands that you like every song you hear. My favorite is their new one, Hate Me. It will be on their album, Foiled, that will be released in April. They had another very popular song, Calling You, that was on the American Wedding soundtrack. You can see the video on any video site. They also have videos on their website.

If you go to their website, you can hear the Hate Me song. http://www.blueoctoberfan.com/foiled/audio.php I want to say they are from Texas. Maybe not. Their manager is in Texas.

You can buy their albums on Amazon. This is one of those cds that you probably won't find at your local WalMart, unless you want it edited.

Butt Cleavage

This poor girl sitting in this picture has crack attack. Picture came from Tian. We should all agree that there are only a few people who can wear the extreme low waisted pants. The rest of us should just get a longer shirt or higher waisted jeans. I am ready for the blue jean manufacturers to start making good jeans again that are high enough to prevent butt cleavage but low enough to not look like granny jeans. Is there such a jean out there? What happened to the jean world?

Butt Gap

I went to Cato's today and purchased some great jeans. They sell Misses jeans that look like Junior jeans - trendy. They are not too low-waisted, but they have the butt gap thing going on. You know what I am talking about. When your waist is smaller than what it should be in proportion to your butt, you create a peep show when you sit down. I am going to attempt to put some small darts in my jeans and see if I can CLOSE THE GAP. When more than one person has commented that they can see your butt (and laughs), it is time to hide it.

Who ate the Girl Scout Cookies?

For all you parents out there, have you ever wondered who ate your cookies? It was your kids. Hide them for goodness sake.

If you run out and need to find out where to get more, go here.

Where is Elliott? Quite a resemblance. He is a good singer regardless of how much he favors Curious George. On a serious side, Elliott Yamin has made it through to another week of American Idol. He's good. He could even win. Posted by Picasa

Here is Chia, my little girl Pug puppy, at 13 1/2 weeks old in her blue poncho sweater. She really isn't as sad as she looks. With a face like that, how can you say "No" to her? Posted by Picasa

Lord only knows why I wanted a Chubbles after all this time. Remember those? Toy of the 80's. Eyes are light-sensitive and it makes a cute funny noise when it senses light change. I was reminded of this when my little pug roots around on the floor. She sounds like a Chubbles. I tried for this one on Ebay and was outbid by 50 cents in the last moment. This was exactly like the one I had when I was a kid. Maybe another day. Posted by Picasa

Remember the sisters. One sat through the American Idol audition with her sister because they support each other. She made it and is in the top 24. They weren't kidding when they said they did everything together. Posted by Picasa

Funniest picture in the world - about pooping

This picture is on the front page of PostSecret this week. This is great. Check their site out.
