Made an offer
We made an offer on the house. There was already a contingency contract on it so we will see if the buyer accepts our offer. We got approved and made an offer in one day. I am estatic because it is in such a good neighborhood. We were driving by the house on the way home and saw another realtor and customer looking at the house. We have someone coming to look at our house tomorrow. When the ball starts to roll, it goes fast.

Many houses but loved one
We saw a few houses today. We saw a two story, brand new one, one in construction, house with a pool, and the perfect house. The house we liked was literally twice as big as what we have now. It was older but had so much character that it was perfect for us. We need a 3 bedroom with 2 offices, and it had it. Amazing. It was big enough for a piano in the living room. The most important thing was that it had a real yard with a fence. The nicer houses we looked at today had many restrictions on them like no fences to block neighbor's view of walkways. I also hate zero lot line neighborhoods. We currently live on a big corner lot. Tomorrow, we start the ball rolling by trying to get pre-approved so we can make an offer.
